• All insurance policy documents will be delivered to customers via email as a soft copy (PDF) upon successful payment and issuance of the policy.
• Customers will receive their digital policy document within 24-48 hours of the policy issuance.
• The email containing the policy document will be sent to the email address provided during the policy purchase. Ensure that your email address is accurate and up to date.

2. Physical Policy Documents

• In addition to digital copies, customers can request a physical copy of their insurance policy document, which will be sent via postal mail or courier service.
• The physical delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchasing the policy.
• Delivery of physical policy documents may take 7-10 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery of digital policy documents via email is free of charge.
• For physical policy documents, standard postal charges or courier charges may apply based on the location of the customer. These charges will be communicated at the time of request for a physical copy.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

• For physical policy documents, once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track your delivery.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or postal authorities.
