Non-cashless or reimbursement claim: If the vehicle is repaired in a garage outside the purview of a network garage , then policyholder shall pay the repair charges. You need to get an inspection done from the claims manager/surveyor, post which you can get the repairs done. You can get your admissible claim amount reimbursed by submitting the original bills and payment receipts to our office.
