If the cancellation request is made within this period, you are entitled to a full refund after deduction of any charges as applicable (stamp duty, medical examination charges, etc.).
  • Beyond the free-look period, cancellations are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the insurance policy, and may not qualify for a refund unless specified by the policy provider.

1.2 Cancellation Procedure

  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@bimasure.co.in or visit our nearest branch. Ensure you have all relevant policy documents ready for verification.

1.3 Processing Time

  • All cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the cancellation request, provided all necessary documentation is complete.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
    • Cancellation of the insurance policy within the free-look period.
    • Any discrepancies or errors caused during the policy issuance by Bimasure or the insurer.

2.2 Refund Amount

  • The refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges such as stamp duty, medical examination charges, etc., if applicable.

2.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of policy purchase. In case of offline payment, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

2.4 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
